​Tenants are responsible for all utilities.

2.) Is parking included?

Each townhouse has its own garage and additional parking.

3.) Are pets allowed?

We are pet friendly!

4.) Do you provide roommate placement?

No, we are not a predominant student rental community. Each unit is rented as a single home, and each tenant is equally responsible.

5.) Are short-term leases available?

Leases are generally a year in length, however, shorter terms can be open at times. Please contact us at the link below to discuss your specific situation further.

6.) Are the units furnished?

No, however, we are hoping in the future to have some fully furnished corporate/short-term housing.
